• IE error with jquery counter plugin

  I've implemented a jquery counter script (count up from say 50 to 100 with different increments) that I found from this question: jQuery counter to count up to a target number The scripts works great except for in Internet Explorer 8 (and possibly other IE versions?). Here's an error message from IE with the URL to the creator of the script's demo. Message: 'undefined' is null or not an object Line: 32 Char: 17 Code: 0 URI: http://www.ulmanen.fi/stuff/counter.php I'm just wondering if anyone know how this can be fixed. I'm guessing it has to do with el.html() not finding any data but I can't really figure this out.   Hi, I'm unable to get the error message to show up when creating a radio form using the CakePHP form helper. • Regex for zeroing in on build output text error

  I'd like to quickly hone in on what failed in a build log output that is nearly 5k lines long, using Notepad++ as my editor for the file. Notepad++ has the nice ability to specify regular expressions, so I am wondering if there is a way to not match: Compile complete -- 0 errors, 0 warnings but to match, for example: Compile complete -- 1 errors, 0 warnings Compile complete -- 100 errors, 0 warnings where the match would be (1 or more) errors. If this isn't possible, I will probably just write a quick line-by-line parsing tool instead, but I was hoping someone on StackOverflow could whip out a regular expression in the same amount of time - I'm definitely not proficient enough with regular expressions to be able to write one for my needs in a short amount of time.

• Map works, but throws a popup error at load complainig about wrong api key

  Ok, I see a lot of people have this problem, but none answer I found either here or at stackoverflow. Problem: Map works super fine! But throws an error at load "This map needs a different api key... sign up at......" Already signed up, already got a key. On some forum post a guy told that in this case map loads twice, once with the wrong key, another with the right one. But Im sure my app loads it once and with the correct key. • s3fs Input/output error

  i'm trying to set up a backup system with s3fs and the amazon s3 service. i followed this 2 guides: http://qugstart.com/blog/linux/how-to-mount-an-amazon-s3-bucket-as-virtual-drive-on-centos-5-2/ http://blog.eberly.org/2008/10/27/how-i-automated-my-backups-to-amazon-s3-using-rsync/ anyway making a tail to the /var/log/messages i get: Aug 28 13:37:46 server s3fs:###response=403 i already tried creating the authentication file on /etc/passwd-s3fs and setting there the access and private key, passing it trough the command line, i checked several times the credentials and i used it with s3fox, and is working. i also have set the time of the machine (with the date command) to be the same as the amazon S3 servers (i got the time of the S3 server uploading a file with the file manager) not only rsync don't work, commands like ls or cp in the /mnt/s3 didn't work also. any help of how i can solve/debug this? • iPad connections to Cisco VPN error -- "Enter your user authentication"

  Is anyone else having problems with the iPad IPSec (Cisco) VPN configuration? I've configured a Cisco VPN connection to a PIX 501 firewall on a 32GB Wifi Apple iPad. This is done in Settings - General - Network - VPN - Add VPN Configuration - IPSec tab. When everything is set up properly and I attempt to connect I just get a popup that says "Enter your user authentication" with no fields to enter either piece of info, and just OK and Cancel buttons. I've read about similar problems with the VPN client built into Mac OS X and the iPhone 3GS but never with the iPad. Does anybody know a solution? I'm not afraid to change the configuration of my PIX 501 if that's necessary.

• What can cause a DirectAccess IPSec Main Mode Error "no policy configured"

  We have Microsoft's DirectAccess VPN set up on Server 2008 R2 with end-to-edge security, and we're having trouble with the manage-out tunnel. The DirectAccess client has DC/DNS and intranet connectivity, it can ping/rdp/etc to intranet hosts. However connections originating from those same intranet hosts can only intermittently reach the client. At times it works fine, other times it doesn't. When an inbound (intranet to client) connection is attempted there's an IPSec Main Mode failure logged: Event 4653 with a failure reason of "No Policy Configured". I think that it may be related to the state of the intranet (corp) access tunnel, and an overlap in the configured subnets for those polices. I haven't figured out exactly what's different in the scenario where the connection works and where it does not.

All 4 servers are not under significant load in terms of CPU, memory, or disk, so I am a little unsure what is reaching it's limits or why. 503s are returned when all workers are in error state - whatever that means. • Windows Server 2012 IPAM feature - "Unblock IPAM Access" error/recomended action

  So, I'm in the process of setting up an IP Address Management server, using the built-in IPAM feature in Server 2012, and have run into a problem that I'm hoping someone else has successfully solved. Following the technet guide here, I've installed and configured IPAM, and have provisioned it via GPO. After verifying that the PowerShell invoke-ipamgpoprovisioning command is successful, managing the desired servers in IPAM, running gpupdate /force on the servers and refreshing my view in IPAM, I'm still getting the less-than-useful recommended action of "Unblock IPAM Access" for all servers. (First done 3 hours ago, so it's not a give-it-time-to-propagate issue.) Can't, for the life of me, seem to figure out what's causing this, find anything useful in the logs, or find much about this on Google or in the help files, so I was wondering if anyone here had any ideas about how to fix this, or even where to start looking. I'd really like to get this working, because if not, I have to resume work on creating an Excel spreadsheet for IP address management.

  I'm using Ammyy Admin. I've set all permisions. However once connected I receive "Remote desktop is unavailable" message. Why and how to fix this? upd if I have windows rdp connected then I'm able to use ammyy admin rdp. But once i disconnect windows rdp, ammyy admin rdp is also disconnected. This is strange and makes ammyy admin useless (in my configuration). I need ammyy admin rdp to work even if windows rdp is not connected.

• IIS 7 - 403 Access Denied error on wwwroot

  Hi, I'm trying to setup a redirect from http://mail.mydomain.com to https://mail.mydomain.com/owa. I've been unsuccessful in doing this by using IIS's HTTP Redirect so I looked to other options. The one I settled on is to create a default document in the wwwroot folder to handle the redirect. I created a file called index.aspx (and added index.aspx to the list of default documents) and put the following code in it: <script runat="server"> private void Page_Load(object sender, System.EventArgs e) { Response.Status = "301 Moved Permanently"; Response.AddHeader("Location","https://mail.mydomain.com/owa"); } </script> Instead of getting a redirect I get: 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied. I've been trying to find an answer to this but have been unsuccessful so far. One thing I did try was to add the Everyone group to wwwroot with read access. No change. The AppPool for Default Web Site is DefaultAppPool and the Identity is ApplicationPoolIdentity. (I don't know what these things are but maybe knowing this will help you.) Thanks!

• ImgBurn fails to burn data CD-R disk due to "Layouts do not match" error

  I have a reoccurring problem with the program ImgBurn. Whenever I try and burn anything to a CD-R using ImgBurn it burns just fine, except for when I go and verify the disk. It tells me that the "Layouts do not match". Windows 7 shows the disk as completely blank. Although, I see on the bottom of the disk it has been written to. I can burn ISO files to DVD-R's just fine. This only seems to happen with CD-R's. The CD-R's I'm using are Memorex Cool Colors 52x CD-R's. I have looked on Google, and it seems like I'm not the only one this happens to. Unfortunately, no one is able to provide an explanation. I have included the log file from the last CD I just burnt.   I have troubles installing VC runtime libraries to be able to install SQL Server Compact Edition. The same problem causes also other apps to fail when installing, but I chose this one as a good representative example of my problem (and also it's provided by Microsoft, so "installation should work").   My goDaddy account for hosting and on that host i have multiple domains. goDaddy offers me only one 404 redirect for all of my domains: domain1.com/gadfgsdf (nonexistent link) is redirected to domain1.com domain2.com/gadf (nonexistent link) is redirected to domain1.com domain.com/sagsdg (nonexistent link) is redirected to domain1.com I need for one of my domains to make the redirect on the same domain: domain4.com/gsdhgfhf (nonexistent link) to be redirected to domain4.com I am on Windows and i am using Wordpress on all of my domains. I looked for the web.config file but didn't find it. I new at this and i would really appreciate it if you can explain more detailed. Thanks

• Fedora to Fedora remote desktop does not work (connection closed error, even after setting everything up)

  I'm trying to use remote desktop on my laptop (running Fedora) to my desktop (also running Fedora) on the same local network. I configured Remote Desktop on my desktop via System - Preferences - Remote Desktop, verified that the port is open by nmap, and attempted to connect from my laptop via vinagre (also tried appending :5900 for the port, and using the ip address). In all cases, the connection fails with a popup that says "Connection closed\n Connection to host was closed." EDIT: I am able to use vinagre from the desktop to remote desktop into itself, just not from one machine to the other. I tried vncviewer and a similar problem occurs (unable connect to socket: No route to host (113))

  I'm trying to set up netcfg so that I can finish installing Arch Linux (using the instructions from the Beginners' Guide and netcfg) and I passed over what was meant to be a short step. Open wifi-menu, select network, enter password. After multiple attempts, I decided to edit the profile manually, which yielded no improvement. Eventually I decided to use netfcg with the more familiar wpa_supplicant. My /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf file is as follows: network={ ssid="my_ssid" #psk="my_wireless_passcode" psk="my_wireless_passcode_hex" } (Replacing generic names with my actual ssid and psk.) And my /etc/network.d/wpa_suppl file reads: CONNECTION='wireless' DESCRIPTION='A wpa_supplicant configuration based wireless connection' INTERFACE='wlan0' SECURITY='wpa-config' WPA_CONF='/etc/wpa_supplicant.conf' IP='dhcp' My ssid is not hidden, wlan0 is the proper interface, and wpa_supplicant works fine on its own, but using netcfg wpa_suppl, it returns failed to connect to wpa_supplicant - wpa_ctrl_open no such file or directory about twelve times before finally telling me the authentication failed. What can I do to fix this?

My main goal here is to open port for regular browsing (80, 443), email (110, 25), etc just like isp does but i want to block p2p traffic. So I will need to open only few port. • Disk I/O error copying a Exchange 2007 database

  Hi all, A short time ago due to disk space I moved our Exchange database onto an external drive, the drive was new and the database was being backed up daily. I've now discovered the database is corrupt, I've run the Exchange utils to fix the database and this works but it corrupts again as soon as I try to move it. I need to get it off the disk, any suggestions? I'm also trying to restore the last good database but I'd like try to get the database off this disk, any suggestions? PS I know putting the db on an external disk was a bad move, I had no where else to put it :-( Thanks
