Hi all and thanks in advance. I'm new to streaming media. I've just signed up for streaming services from gate.com for my website.

They provided me with the following info. It says it's provided by realnetwork Helix This is all they gave me, with no instructions of how to do it.

UN:media.mydomain.com
Password:xxxxxx Hostname: rtsp://media.mydomain.com:554/media.mydomain.com/FileName.rm

Questions: How do I upload videos to my new account?

Can I play them using flash player?
