It looks like this is HTML+JavaScript.

Is there a way I can download a copy so I can continue playing after they take it down?

Ok, ok, I wasn't completely forthcoming. Not only would I like to continue playing it, I kinda want to look at the source code, too...

I was able to find this: Google pacman10-hp.2.js
