I work for an IT consulting firm…

As I progress in my career I (like most who work for IT firms) am spending more and more time participating in business development, usually as a technical expert.

Can any one recommend a good resource (or book) on business development preferably targeting technology businesses?

(I am NOT looking for “how to get leads”… I’m looking for “how to conduct a solid sales pitch\ Demo Software” type stuff)
