Pro Google App Engine developer interview questions (with answers)

What are good questions to determine if applicant is pro Google App Engine developer?

Questions that can distinguish that someone is not an ad-hoc GAE programmer, but is really doing professional GAE development, with all areas concerned (eg. performance, transactions, async/batch data processing).

Please provide answers, so an intermediate developer (such as myself :) can interview someone more experienced.

Please avoid open questions. If possible please provide a link to a documentation part that's covering a topic in question.

Please keep one interview question/answer per response for better reading experience and easier interview preparation.
