Mentioning a price for a service behind a free app in App Store

We are making a business service and have created an app to be used as a front-end. The app is free, but the service is not. Due to Apple taking 30% of in-app purchases, our service cannot be bought as an in-app purchase.

My question is: Could Apple choose to throw out our app if we mention the price of the service in the description of our app in iTunes or in a help-text in the app?

It seems unreasonable that this would cause problems, but the potential consequences to our business could be terrible so I want to make sure.
